Product Overview: Box type fiberglass centrifugal fan
FRP anti-corrosion fiberglass fan, made of Japanese Vinglester vinyl ester special grade resin integrated molding, has the characteristics of high strength, light weight, good corrosion resistance, not easy aging, low noise, etc. It is an ideal new type of anti-corrosion fan. This series of fans is suitable for discharging corrosive gases containing certain concentrations of acid, alkali, salt, etc. in chemical, textile, electroplating, laboratory and other places, and can also be used for ventilation and air exchange in general factory buildings.

1、 Introduction to Tianhong Commissioned Experimental Laboratory (a large domestic wind turbine inspection laboratory):
1: Our laboratory has passed the qualification review of the Energy Efficiency Labeling Management Center of China National Institute of Standardization and obtained the qualification of Energy Efficiency Testing Laboratory for Ventilation Fan Energy Efficiency Labeling. After the fan products are tested by the center, they can be directly registered online and labeled with energy efficiency labeling based on the test report, and then produced and sold.
2: Our laboratory has 198 quality inspection projects for fan products, and the parameters have passed national laboratory accreditation and metrological certification.
2、 The power performance and noise testing laboratory ensures the accuracy of the results through the following methods:
1. Strictly follow standards such as ISO 5801 (GBT 1236), ISO 13350 (GBT 19843), ISO 5802 (GBT 10178) for design, construction, and testing operations;
2. The aerodynamic performance test adopts advanced multi nozzle method, replacing the traditional pitot static pressure tube to test flow rate, further improving accuracy;
3. The laboratory extensively uses new precision testing equipment and measuring devices;
4. Laboratory equipment and measuring tools have undergone strict calibration and regular re inspection and self calibration;
5. Multiple national level laboratories in China have conducted multiple "same machine inter laboratory comparisons" and participated in the capacity verification activities of ventilation fan testing laboratories carried out by national institutions.

3、 In addition to aerodynamic performance and noise detection functions, the laboratory also has the following testing capabilities:
1. Conduct impeller overspeed test according to JB/T 6445 Industrial Ventilation Fan Impeller Overspeed Test.
2. Conduct fan vibration testing in accordance with standards such as JB/T 8689 "Vibration Testing and Limits for Ventilators".
3. Conduct thrust testing on tunnel jet fans in accordance with the ISO 13350 standard for performance testing of industrial ventilation fans and jet fans.
